So I played for a long time during the forsaken dlc, and whatever dlc was after that and I merged my accounts to steam when it told me to and logged in to my characters being there. I uninstalled the game because I stopped playing for a while and when I installed it recently I found that my characters were gone and I had none of my dlcs.
