They are just trying to see how much of this crap we'll stomach. For too long, too many of us have been reaching every "goal" Bungie has put in front of us. We've told them we're fine with mundane grinds, by voting with our hours. These seasonal activities are some of the most mundane we've ever seen. To hell with them.

I also get your complaint, it a very lame attempt at making us run weak content. Especially when it's literally the same exact goal.

If you really think about it this is 100% in line with all of the game. Don't believe me? Think about how faction bounties work. Kill x enemies using x. We all know your teammates kills don't count. Meaning we're always competing with our teammates. Yes there are exceptions and yes most of the time it's not a big deal. When you really think about it though, the majority of objectives in this game are designed to in a sense screw over your teammates. This is why anymore the only bounties I'm ever willing to pick up is star horse, gunsmith, and ada bounties. Is it super frustrating? Absolutely. Does Bungie have a lot of things they should really rework to be more team friendly? 100%. Is it surprising? Nope, not at all.

You're not wrong. That's why people are so burned out. Its doing the same bounty in triumphs, seasonal, bounties, everything. There's only so much that can be done, but if it exists in one place in the game it just should not exist anywhere else, because one is enough. I mean triumphs are just useless points that do literally nothing for us in any way unless a person needs the bragging rights to feel like they've done something or whatever. Its just wasted coding space that could go to functionality elsewhere. Its that psychotic micromanagement mentality of Bungie I feel. They don't understand the concept of "enough is enough" and they don't seem to be interested in actually fixing anything in this game, they just want to band aid it and forget, you know; instead of maybe changing difficulties to meet the majority of player skill levels, or giving it matchmaking (because its insanely hard to get 6 people together unless Destiny is all everyone in your group does with life) or doing anything at all to make it more accessible. Nope, instead its [i]"Let's just auto-complete this and then change absolutely nothing about it"[/i] and to that, how many times has this happened now? Its habitual as sh*t for Bungie. -blam!- Niobe Labs, Black Armory auto completion because the puzzle was too much? That's so far back now and this crap is still happening. They literally don't learn, and get paid 6 figures for it. A good developer would focus on fixing that immediately, and this seems to be a more easily fixed scenario that has an obvious answer. So clearly they're doing something wrong back there, but refuse to acknowledge it. I suppose if they actually fix everything, then they have no excuse for light content drops. Got to make sure the bare minimum is maintained, and nothing more because its a AAA title company.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, it blows my mind people play this game with such dedication. There's nothing worth chasing and Bungie blatantly disrespects players so -blam!- much.... It's crazy to me y'all keep playing.

Just report the -blam!- canoes on the respective platform as griefing that sword push you into a wall or shoulder charge you into objects just to kill you and get ball or cannon first

This game has turned into an exercise in bullying your team into letting you complete the objectives. It’s not an inclusive game and it is isolating me from my friends.
