Please buff Celestial Nighthawk

Please adjust its damage and/or add the solar 2.0 sharpshooter trait to the exotic Practice Makes Perfect. I know a reasonable, level headed, non-hot take.

  • Celestial night hawk should work with blade barrage. Instead of lots of little knives, now throws one knife, but it very big knife.

    • I used Celestial Nighthawk on Golgoroth and seen something that blew my mind. The celestial shot did 233,000 damage. But when I used the gungun 3 shots, the second shot was a whopping 192,000 (first one was like 70k). I swear to God nighthawk did LESS damage than just using the standard golden gun. I believe this is due to them buffing golden gun for Solar 3.0. They must have forgot to address Celestial. Personally I am just gonna use Star Eaters cause they can buff any super up to 90%. Celestial Nighthawk originally was "6 shots in 1" but now it just says it increases the damage. Bungie needs to address it either way. Celestial has become VERY weak since buffs to Golden Gun deadmark. But they probably realize everyone with half a brain would have Star Eaters instead.

      • All of the exotics that refund super energy like skull, shards, Phoenix, mobius, etc and all damage exotics that are under performing like geomags after the nerf and celestial after the solar changes should be adjusted. ( i know im missing some) This should include added functionality to refund exotics like adding Lance for nova bomb or additional knives or tighter clusters for shards. Simply refunding super energy since the 50% limit was placed on all isn't enough. As well under performing ones should be buffed or additional functions added. I think the exotic slot should adjust or enhance a weak point in a subclass or enhance a strength. There are alot of weapons and armor that are basically useless that should be adjusted. If anything make a whole season about it like they did previously for the other 3.0 reworks. Save design time and just fix the stuff that's broke or power crept out of the game.

        • Does need a buff but still good if you want a free quick chunk of dmg. Been my main exotic on Hunter for KF. Always top dps on team bc I don't have to spend time on the super and can go straight to linear.

        • They need to buff the damage and remove the damn radiant buff. Like why the hell do I have to buff my super? I already have no damage reduction for -blam!- sake.

        • It's still good depending on the situation. For example: kings fall - 3 of the 4 bosses are too far away or too small to use blade barrage, or mobius quiver. Also don't forget that you get like a 20-30% buff to golden gun with the right aspect while your radiant. That being said, I wouldn't mind if it got a damage bump since it requires more skill than other supers. Maybe damage an enemy would cause them to ignite. This would add like 25k more damage vs bosses

          • I remember when I was leveling my hunter years ago never taking CN off. Those were the days, before Luke Smith and his bloated health bar enemies killed this super and exotic.
