As the title states, My question is mounted on the fact that so far, all other subclass titan melees are not consumed if you don't make an impact with an enemy, but the Stasis melee is, regardless of impacting on an enemy or not.
Could there be some converstion about this? As it is the Stasis Titan in its current form is at a clear disadvantage when it comes to movement.

Shield Throw, Thunderclap and Throwing Hammer work like this, though with that last one you can pick up the hammer to regain your melee charge. I guess they could turn Shiver Strike into a shoulder charge, but that seems like a sidegrade to me.

Fair enough. Let all SC melee's consume the charge. Same as how LITTERALLY every other melee uses the charge.

It gives such a long boost that it would allow us titans to fly across maps. It would be to op. Image three titans with shotguns flying at you so fast you cant shoot them. It would be a nightmare. [spoiler]nibbles crayon[/spoiler]
