Hopefully I can add something to this. So like yourself, I had a Hunter built around killing 2 enemies that would proc Ignition. Setting of a small bomb and damaging the enemies around them. Bungie said they would nerf this so instead of making 100 stacks with Ember of Ashes with the Enhanced Incandescent Perk after two kills, it now makes 10-15 less stacks and not enough to cause Ignition. I think they lowed the number of Ember of Ashes itself and maybe the reason other areas are struggling to proc. I use Sunbraces and it takes a solid 3-4 grenades to cause a yellow bar to ignite, way, way too much and makes ignition based bounties a pain. I did make a post about this very same thing about a week ago and it was immediately deleted. Not sure if I can link but if you google "DeanV255 incandescent" you can see I took the post to Reddit instead and I was informed that they'd planned to do the nerf during last season, but applied it last week and didn't mention it in the patch notes. Sadly this one nerf hit me hard because I loved proc'ing ignition and was so fun to use. So many weapons are rolling with Incandescent now and I don't see the value in grinding for them without the 2 kill proc as most adds burn up before you can get the third kill.
