Roaring Flames no longer makes uncharged melee to apply Scorch
I noticed that even when I have 3 stacks of Roaring Flames, uncharged melee do not apply Scorch on targets. It still does Solar damage. I have equipped Ember of Ashes, maybe this causes the issue.
