are scatter grenades meant to suck?
ive been using nothing manacles recently and even with this exotic scatter grenades appear to do no damage and dont track correctly. its funny because i remember scatter grenades being able to kill the user no problem if you threw them down at your feet but cant kill a half dead guardian WITH the tracking from nothing manacles

They seemed to have gotten nerfed in void 3.0. I used to love them for both pvp and pve, but once 3.0 dropped they sucked. They seem to deal much less damage and the projectile seem much slower.
