Time Skew Maxed/Rutabaga

I keep getting this error. I have tried everything suggested and more. I am on a Lenovo Thinkpad P50 with 32 Gigs of Ram. Processor is: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1535M v5 @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz. Video card is Quadro M2000M. What is going on? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Pretty sure your below the minimum specs for the game which is most likely what’s causing the issue.
