Hi there. Check the Wrapped Packages section of your Inventory screen. If not there, check your Postmaster on the character you were logged into when you made the purchase. Some items bought with Silver are received as a package that must be opened to receive the item inside. Be aware that weapon ornaments appear directly on the weapon they are designed for once acquired. If you bought an exotic weapon ornament, it will only appear on copies of the specified exotic weapon.
