Probléme de contenu edition deluxe
Hello
I did the cross-platform backup to switch from Xbox to PC. I bought the deluxe version of the Sorcerer Queen on PC, but when I play the game I ask me to pay for the season in court and access to the dungeon of the year 5. I would like to know how to contact bungie.

Edited by EckyThump: 8/15/2022 11:16:09 AMHey there. This is the correct place for issues like this. Did you buy the deluxe edition before or after you set cross-save up? The passes and the dungeon key count as in-game purchases and can be applied to only a single account. That means if you bought the deluxe edition on PC and then launched the PC version of the game, the season passes were then bound to that PC account. When you activated cross-save, your XBox profile became active on both PC and XBox. The PC's existing account became dormant, but it's the account that has the passes and the dungeon key.
