FPS not going above 130 no matter the settings
Hi I have a 3070 TI, CPU 3900x, RAM 2x8GB 3200MHz
when in destiny I am looking for a steady 144 fps 1080p like I can do in Anny other game but no matter the video settings I have I can never get the fps to go above 130. Usually hovers in the 100-130 range. I don't know if I am getting some sort of bottleneck? CPU usage is around 20 and GPU usage is around 40.
any Suggestions?

You won’t get above. The game is poorly optimized regardless of system specs. I have a friend with a 3080 and basically your same system but 32 gb of ram and the absolute highest he gets is 140 when looking at the sky
