I've experienced a problem with health regeneration in master difficulty activities and higher. This is occurring when there is no health regen modifier on the activity. The activities I've experienced it in the most is Master Grasp and Duality. The mod being used is well of life on a Titan. Even if its activated, there's what appears to be some form of lag time or stoppage on the regen and I sometimes find its straight up not activating when picking up a well or cancels out when depositing a tribute/greed mechanic disappearing. Might want to look into this. Update: After experiencing this alot in different activities I've concluded that is directly linked the the framerate. Something thats been a problem for a while.
