Last day of Solstice and my friend has my account on his Xbox for subscriptions, but is it okay if he uses my account for doing the Crucible Solctice Challenges? We're in the same county.
Yes. They will ban you

Edited by Meaga: 8/9/2022 1:01:55 AMDelete the post like right now one. Two yes if you ANNOUNCE IT TO BUNGIE LIKE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW 😂😂 Hey man will I get banned if I announce my TOS breaking to the whole player base and bungie? Yes lol
-
Only if the children on here complain about you
-
You are most likely fine. Posting about it with the title "Will I get Banned?" on the official Bungie website probably doesn't help... but you are still probably okay.
-
Bungie barely bans actual cheaters, and Crucible numbers are so low that I couldn't imagine they care, but it IS taking a risk.
-
Streamers/YouTubers use other people's accounts literally all the time & show themselves doing so.
-
-
Hopefully you will be fine cuz that would be really dumb if you get banned
-
if he is basically signed into his Xbox as you... then the system is going to see it as you playing on Xbox and not your friend signed in as you on a different xbox... I think you're fine...

Edited by Flame: 8/8/2022 4:49:24 PM
Certain innocuous practices still won't result in a ban, such as sharing an account with a close friend or giving temporary access so someone can try out a certain weapon roll, but giving account access so someone else can grind PvP in order to farm rewards is now grounds for a ban (and Bungie still doesn't recommend it)
That being said you should be fine. Would recommend not doing again though since it’s a very grey area.
