Got two bugs for Duality, haven't seen them reported or mentioned anywhere else. The first one I've known about for a while but it keeps happening. It seems like sometimes if you're in a fireteam and you go down and revive yourself, you'll respawn several rooms back and it won't be possible for you to get back into the fight. If you advance at all you'll get a "turn back" warning. A friend and I have had this happen in both the first and final encounter, I don't know if it can happen in the second. It doesn't prevent the rest of the team from finishing the encounter, but the person that revived themself has literally no way to get back. Kinda surprised this isn't listed in known issues. The second bug I discovered just today in a solo flawless run. During the final boss I was on my way to dunk a Chalice standard, and just happened to stand over a different standard spot and noticed it said "manifest standard" instead of "missing correct standard essence" or whatever it usually says. I had a feeling I might be about to softlock the fight and ruin my flawless run but I said whatever, this is for science. I dunked the Chalice standard at the wrong spot, it manifested, the chains moved, but the spot I was supposed to dunk it at still had a Chalice symbol (and that was the only symbol as I had already dunked the other one I needed). I went back into the nightmare to get another Chalice standard, and when I killed the Chalice standard-bearer he didn't drop a standard and took time off my nightmare timer, as if I had killed the wrong bearer even though Chalice was the only standard I needed. I know the obvious answer here is "lol just don't dunk standards at the wrong spot 4head" and yeah, I won't do it again, but like I said: for science. This is obviously a bug so I'm reporting it. It allows you to put yourself in a situation where doing the right thing is actually the wrong thing and just kills you.
