what to do is run towards the edge of the balcony and instead of jumping off the edge, just run back the way you came for a second, this should active the checkpoint and fix the issue. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the answer. I had already jumped into the room below, and I couldn't get back to the balcony, even with eager edge.

Which class are you on? Titans can thundercrash back up and warlocks can use dawnblade/heat rises from the statue next to where vorgeth spawns

I was on titan, but ended up just resetting. Though you got a point, from the statue you could probably eager edge into thundercrash then fly in a circle to gain more height and make it back onto the balcony...
