I don't have the option to put the S3 Iron banner ornaments on any of my armor even though I have them unlocked. I'm also unable to find the emblem "Shades Of Radegast" from S1 Iron Banner in my collections. Bungie Help Forms so far have been absolutely useless and they pretty much told me to go -blam!- myself as per usual, so any real help would be appreciated.
