I got Banned a long time ago...

So about 4 or 5 years back (I think?) I got banned on destiny for using some aim assist software. Which of course is the dumbest idea I've had but at the time I got easily frustrated while gaming and often wanted an easy way out. Some buddies mentioned that cheating software are often used, and I figured it I used it once to complete a quest I should be fine. Nope anyways I've never tried cheating in a game again but do miss playing destiny 2 terribly. I know I could make a new account and start over but it just doesn't feel the same. Is there ANY way I can get this account back? anyone I can contact? thanks for the replies! • You can try the appeal process but lets be real you cheated, your not getting unbanned. Take it as a lesson learned and play fair on your new account.

      • You need another 495 or 496 years to pass. Nobody likes cheaters, please get out

      • They don't care. Loyalty. Time played. Content purchased. Gear earned. When you started. Intent. Threats. Begging. It is all irrelevant. They make the rules. We have to follow them. Break them and they penalize you. They've had this no tolerance policy since Day 1 of D1. It won't change anytime soon. The process for BANS and RESTRICTIONS involve reports coming in from players or their flag system towards an individual. The person at Bungie HQ reviews it. And they decide if it was warranted or not. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance doesn't exempt you from them. Your account is done.

          • You could try and appeal it, but that accounts basically dead in the water. It was caught using cheats and cheats are a perma ban
