Did you check with both Saladin & the abandoned quest kiosk?

I did. And the only quest i have is from the season of the risen.

Can you provide a pic/vid showing your current quests, Saladin’s inventory screens, & all pages of quest kiosk?

Hey there. This season's IB questline is a short tutorial with no actual rewards except to unlock Saladin's rank-up reputation rewards. You might have even finished it without realising. If you are able to claim items from Saladin's reward list, then you have completed the seasonal quest.
