Hey there, once a character completes one of the Memory quests, the next one only shows up on the following weekly reset.
For your Warlock, could you check the quest archive at the Tower? I remember having to pick the mission chain up from there on my alts, even though Eris' icon was flashing.

Yeah, I tried to check quest archive - it's empty. And I was able to get quest on Hunter and Titan directly from her this week (Val memory), so I guess she still distributes them
