Hello. I'll include a tl;dr at the bottom. It's my understanding that Bungie takes pride in their community; and especially so with their staff members. Personally, I agree with much of what they've done in support of various communities both outside and within the game. Not too long ago, we saw a whole fiasco on Twitter where people were harassing a game developer over Twilight Garrison. Now, obviously these kinds of things should be taken seriously. There's been a lot that has happened in the past 20 years, which would further amplify the need of handling these kinds of threats with a more swift response. Anyways; me and my friends got several hate messages from this user through Playstation Network. It's just your generic hate messages. We've submitted those reports through Playstation Network, as it happened through their messaging systems. So, I go to their Bungie profile to check what this user is like, and I notice their about me contains a threat towards Bungie themselves. I checked the Code of Conduct, it's definitely in violation of atleast two rules from what I can tell, possibly even three rules. Unfortunately, the Android Destiny app seems to be bugged, as nothing pops up after hitting report. Is there a better way to reach out about this kind of violation? Also, the legal terms page doesn't seem to load through the link provided on Bungies' Website. tl;dr, Bungie Android App doesnt seem to send a report for a user who has a violation of two, possibly three community guidelines.
