Challenges stuck/locked.
Hi Bungie! I am hoping for some support.
I don't know if this constitutes a ticket system. Otherwise, I hope there's a channel where I can receive direct support.
My challenges are locked. I have a challenge that doesn't exist yet, and a deep sight pattern challenge that is already complete, and I'm unable to click it off. As a result, I can only track one thing at a time.
Is there a way this can be reset for me?

1 ReplyJust bumping this?? Is there a better way to submit a ticket to Bungie? I don't know if I can solve this on my end by deleting some cache, or if it has to be addressed by a Bungie rep. As of this week I can finally untrack Glean Cut, since we've reached that week in the seasonal challenges. However, the Explosive Personality pattern triumph is still locked as completed, and I cannot untrack it. Help?
