Prime loot. Respond Bungie.

C'mon Bungie, we've all been complaining about this. All of us still unable to claim our Prime loot have done all your unlink and relink steps, we've been patient. I wanted to come back and having all that stuff I'd claimed through Prime was a big part of that. Then I dropped $140 on getting the expansions I didn't have; Beyond Light, The Witch Queen, and 30th Anniversary, only to find out I can't access things I've already claimed and should be available through Amanda Holliday in the tower. It's frustrating, it's discouraging, and your silence apart from "unlink and relink everything" is insulting. Find a solution and let us know about it.

  • Its ridiculous that we can't even get a response, acknowledgement or workaround. I know its been fixed in the past I just don't remember how. Unlinking and relinking clearly does not work and the loss of frames at Amanda indicates there is something broken with her Prime Gaming tab.
