Why don't you allow us to get faster reload while IN COMBAT, instead of out of combat? What the hell is the point of reloading faster when there's nothing around. Were you guys stoned when you made this trash perk that makes no sense and has no use?
-
They would probably have to do the whole sunsetting crap again if they made those intrinsic perks too "powerful" because this casual pve looter shooter is so competitive and being powerful is a huge problem apparently.
-
Win a gunfight, reload faster before the next one. Where's the issue? We already have perks for increasing reload speed during combat.
-
Not to devalue your point (it does make sense from a PvE perspective) but the trait is a PvP trait. The only weapons that have it seem to be PvP weapons and the seasonal ritual weapons. The trait is designed with the intention that it will be of use after you survive a gunfight. If you die you don't need to reload, or after winning the gunfight you can then reload quicker. It would be nice to have some PvE benefit, but I don't think it needs one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Better than vacuum (OG players will remember)
-
It's not that bad. When you are done fighting a group of ads it is nice to have a quick reload to ready you to go fight another. If you are that triggered by it, don't use it. There is bound to be perks that some find useless and some find useful. Personally I don't like perks that require gernade or malee actions. It just doesn't fit with the play styles I have gotten used to over the years to time my gernade or malees around a new perk. But many like demolishenist and adrenaline junkiee and to each their own. I like One Quiet Moment and actually just had it be useful in a nightfall. So calm down and move on.
-
Yup and so is compulsive Reloader.
-
+20 while in combat wouldn’t be busted
-
Bungie have multiple teams working on seasonal contents. Some are better, some are worse. Season of the Haunted MUST be built by the worst team of them all. And Bungie said they are amazed by how good season this is. What a fucκing lie🤣🤣🤣🤣
-
They should’ve added more of a heating up trait or zen moment trait where it increases stability while being damaged and damaging an opponent whilst gaining increased range. That would’ve been better.
-
Edited by JazzyPaladin477: 6/28/2022 10:42:14 PMWelp, I suppose it’s better then increased stability when out of combat 😂 It blows my mind that this is what they chose for PVP loot pool origin trait though.
-
It work perfect why would you reload while being shot at ?
-
To be able to reload faster before the next engagement begins. It doesn’t take long to trigger. I mean as offended as you are would you say that kill based reload perks are mostly pointless, since you’re often out of combat when you need to reload?
-
Wish it was like an inherent nerfed slightly version of opening shot.
-
Edited by Talia Sendua: 6/28/2022 9:31:39 PMIt for sure has more use in PvE than PvP. Edit: But to answer your question, it doesn't increase reload speed during combat, because that would make all reloading mods OBSOLETE.
-
I don't understand it's usefulness.
-
Its a free perk to your gun.....just accept it as it is
-
Right, because who cares about faster reloads OUTSIDE of combat. Haha Bungie, they're all going to laugh at you.
-
Edited by pcln3806: 6/28/2022 6:38:10 PMIt’s nice for long range weapons like stars in shadow (it least in pve) because the game starts loosing its -blam!- trying to figure out if your in combat or not, so most of the time you aren’t shooting you have the buff active That’s at least what I noticed in the duality dungeon, it’s not really consistent or a massive bump to reload
-
This kind of perk is common in games... I mean, in some games, when you start combat you are slowed down (can't run), can't jump, can't teleport and so on... Pretty sure this perk is for people who use more than just one weapon, since you can empty your guns during the trash fight and while you move to the next, you reload you arsenal faster.
-
Edited by Mr Jim Lahey: 6/28/2022 3:13:11 PMSomehow dark wolf and its minions will defend the perk now
-
You definitely need a quiet moment
-
It's an origin trait, built into the gun.. if you don't like it, don't use the gun. Better yet, get a gun with perks that make you forget it's even there. Way to cry over literally nothing.
-
There is a perk that allows for faster reload while in combat, it's called Frenzy.
-
Yeah its a completely useless trait especially compared to some of the others that are available.
-
Got to agree, I'll be suprised if anyone is using this over Alacrity on Trials weapons. It just doesn't really offer much for it to be selected over other Origin Traits.
-
Seattle? Cause they are hippy stoners lol
