A Good Sport Emblem Can't Be Reclaimed

Hello, So im having a problem where i have finished my platinum torchbearer triumph, and got my A Good Sport Emblem, but then i unpurposely stored it, and now i can't reclaim it back.
is there anyone else having the same problem ?
and is there a way to fix this ?
please help
