They should add more carry/teaching loot. If there was a reason to help people, people would be better.
This community is one of the worst I’ve ever seen if you need a raid I can do my best for you. I manage with LFG but not everyone gets lucky.

An extra chest per encounter for everyone when completed with someone who hasn't done it before? Or maybe just an extra boss chest? Weigh it loot vs time to teach...a thought.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree. Sherpa's should be incentivized (besides an emblem) for taking the time to teach people like me in a new raid.
