D1 returning player rewards
I played D1 on console a long time ago, I played D2 on pc a while ago and when looking at my bungie account I noticed there is mention of banners you can get similar to the ones I got when Taken King launched if you played D1 and then carried on to D2.
I've linked my Xbox and Steam to my original bungie account I had when I played on Xbox and I was wondering if this will enable me to get these rewards and if not is there a way to.
I still have my original D1 saves on my Xbox which is still functional if that is any use to me.
From another post I think I understand I would need to import a D1 character, would I still be able to do this now?

8 RepliesOnly console accounts that met the requirements in D1 prior to the launch of D2 received veteran status. If you currently don't have veteran status, there is no manual process to grant it at this time.
