The Legacy controls accessibility problem

So first off, folks have been posting about this problem for many years in both Destiny and Halo games. It doesn't get talked about in other games because other games don't have this problem. It's only ever been found in Destiny and Halo games. It's not a coincidence that Bungie designed these games. In short, the Legacy controller layouts have heavily restricted camera controls. And I mean, extremely restricted camera controls. It's so restrictive that I'd describe trying to aim with Legacy controls to walking on a tight-rope over a canyon. Because that's how incredibly unforgiving and razor-thin the camera controls are on the Legacy controller layouts. This is first of all completely unnecessary. There's no reason why the controls have to be this way. And second, this problem has never existed in Bungie's first 3 console shooters - Halo 1, Halo 2, and Halo 3. Which means that Bungie has in fact, had Legacy working perfectly fine in the past, and working fine for 10 straight years at that. However, every Halo AND every Destiny game that has released after Halo 3 DOES have this problem. And it has never been fixed in these past 12 years of it's existence, beginning with it's introduction in 2010 with Halo Reach, which coincided with an overhaul to Halo Reach's controller aiming systems. Legacy was broken during that event, and it has never been fixed since. This problem has persisted all the way up to the present day in Halo Infinite and Destiny 2 in 2022. 12 straight years of broken controls in 2 different game franchises created by Bungie. Absolutely embarrassing for Bungie in my opinion, but also incredibly frustrating to be a player using Legacy in Destiny or Halo games. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, I invite you to watch my YouTube video that I carefully crafted, with the sole intent of explaining this problem that Legacy has in Destiny and Halo games. No other game has ever had this problem with Legacy. The link to that video is included at the top of this post. It is 40 minutes long, and very thorough.
