Still not received recap emails from Bungie

Hi, I still have not received my Destiny 2 Year In Review email from Bungie. I know it's been a while since then, but I'm hoping to get this fix, or at least figure out what went wrong in my communication with Bungie. I have checked my spam folder--didn't find the email. I have tried changing my email address and waiting for a few days--still no email. I have tried this workaround by Bungie Help--still no email. Coming into Witch Queen, a few of my friends have already received their "Your Witch Queen Moments" email with similar stats recap format, whereas I have not. With this trend, I think I will get into this email issue again and will never receive my Witch Queen Moments email. Could someone please help me figure out what went wrong and how to work around this issue, or get me in contact with Bungie to work with them and solve my problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. --- For what it's worth, I'm wondering if my playtime has something to do with how Bungie sends emails to me? I started playing during Season 9, stopped playing near the end of Shadowkeep, and took a break (didn't play at all) during Season 12 (Beyond Light). I started playing again since Season 13 and have been consistently playing since then up to now.

 • Bungie did two follow up re-sends of that recap email. They are no longer re-sending the recap, so if you didn't receive it back in February then unfortunately you won't be receiving it ever. To get these types of emails you need to have an email on your profile that has been verified and have the necessary boxes checked agreeing to receive promotional emails. If you haven't been receiving emails and your set up appears correct then it could be a myriad of issues. The most common is the email going to spam or a user using an email system that has server-side filtering where certain emails may never get delivered to the local client. For instance, for some reason Apple's iCloud email seems to not want to delivery emails from bungie.net. Some email clients, such as GMail by default will route promotional emails to special promotional folders. Some users aren't aware of this and miss they have such a folder. So I'd also check your email client's folder system to see if there are any unread messages in folders you typically don't view or use. The only suggestion I can make is to go into your profile and update the email address with a new one. If you get the verification email then it would indicate emails from bungie.net should get to you. Of course make sure to click on the link in the verification email and to check the appropriate boxes in your profile to give Bungie permission to send you marketing/promotional emails. Then you'll have to wait until the next round of promotional emails go out from Bungie to see if you get one.
