Cross-Save Help
Hello,
If this belongs in either the console or pc support section instead I hope a mod can move it appropriately and I apologize for putting it in the wrong spot.
Today I decided to make the swap over to PC from my XBOX. I made sure to follow the steps and made my XBOX account the primary save file. After speaking with a friend they stated I would at first have to get through the Cosmodrome portion of the game and then could load my save file.
Sadly I found that my laptop for one reason or another just cannot properly play the game. I'm a little sad but it is what it is. The issue is that when I booted up my XBOX once again and went to login I found that all 3 of my characters were no longer there and only the save file from the XBOX was...I will play though on my XBOX to see if that will allow me to load everything after the fact, however if it cannot be done I'd like to know and also would like to know if their is a way to reverse my steam account overriding my xbox save data?
I also noticed that I am no longer a member of my clan either.

2 RepliesLooking at your Bungie profile you made your Steam account the cross save account. This means your game progress you see when logging into XBox or Steam will be your Steam account's game progress.
