Banned after doing a fresh reinstall

Hello there. Just wondering if anyone else has had or is having this issue. I have been playing Destiny 2 for about a month on Steam. The other day, I accidentally uninstalled Destiny 2 while cleaning up my Steam library. I felt like a big dumb, but luckily, all I had to do was reinstall, so I didn't think it was that much of an issue. I reinstalled and launched the game. I decided to change the path where my new install was from drive C to drive D, as I have more space on that drive. Anyways, when I launched the game, I got a loading screen that said it was verifying the files. It got to 99% when it gave my an error that said "Invalid files. A fresh reinstall of Destiny 2 is required." So I thought, "well, crap." So once again, I uninstalled and reinstalled. This time, the files were verified within the Steam client after the install was finished. I launched the game, then got "Not so fasted" after trying to log in. I'm wondering if there's corrupt files somewhere on my computer from the previous install that triggered the ban thingy. If anyone can help me out, that would be great. I've already submitted an appeal (Case ID: 155453) and I know that all I can do is wait. It makes me scared to uninstall or reinstall anything else. It also makes me worried that there are corrupt D2 files somewhere on my computer now that I don't know about..and I really don't want to have to format my hard drive to get rid of them..I mean...I will, but I don't want to have to. My account is about a month old. I wasn't running any other programs and nobody else had access to my account except for me, so the recent ban wave shouldn't have had anything to do with this. Can anyone help? ___ Edit: Also, something I noticed is when launching the game on Steam, a window pops up briefly that says "Updating Ticket". Normally, a little window pops up that says "Preparing to Launch Destiny 2". I don't know if this has something to do with anything or not.
