This will probably fall on deaf ears, but here's hoping... I'm getting a validation error code 15 while trying to change my Bungie name. I'm going to assume that it's triggering because of some sort of blocklist pattern of words or letters. For the last 20+ years of my entire online identity, I've been [b]-blam!-[/b]. It's a name I carefully crafted based on an algorithm I coded to help come up with a combination of letters that are infrequently used together. I did this to ensure that I have a single identity everywhere I'm present without colliding with someone else. It's not some childish attempt at implying anything inappropriate. I'm a 48-year dad [b](insert all dad gamer jokes here)[/b] and not an adolescent attempting to be clever or game the system. If it's because it starts with -blam!- (similar to -blam!-) then I'd argue they're breaking their own rules with the race called the Vex. I am -blam!- on virtually all places (e.g., PSN, XBox, Nintendo, Steam, Stadia, Twitch, and various social media platforms). I also own the web domain, email, and have a youtube channel for it. Nowhere else has this name been rejected. Clearly having a consistent online identity matters to me or I wouldn't go through all this trouble. I feel it's a stretch to reject it here. I implore Bungie to please reconsider. It would be a shame if the one game I spend my very limited free time playing, I'll have to exist as something else. I know this may seem silly to some, and I get that, but everyone has something they care deeply about that others may not empathize with. This game and my online identity are that for me.
