Sometimes we get a really good roll on a raid weapon, and sometimes that weapon just doesn't feel right. And there might be a whole bunch of reasons we can't grind out a better roll, soooo how about we get adept mods on raid weapons. I think it only makes sense and sometimes those adept mods can make a mediocre weapon shine.
