You're missing one Ahamkara bone, specifically #8 Cosmogyre IV which is located in Agonarch Abyss.

If you go there and don't see the bones, please take a video. In the video please have it start where you're just outside the portal to go in, then everything leading up to the bones location. Load the video to a publicly accessible video sharing site such as youtube.com and reply back here with a link to it.
