Trials Change for Flawless Pool

I've seen many posts of people complaining for and against the flawless pool. I fully believe implementing a flawless pool is mandatory for the health of the gamemode. One of the claims against the flawless pool is noone plays games after their flawless. While that is only true for when the flawless pool is active sunday reset till Tuesday reset it seems some players have found a loophole by resetting their cards in order to keep themselves in the non-flawless pool, making it harder for some teams to get to the flawless pool. I propose a solution that eliminates physically resetting cards and wins are tracked retroactively. This way will force players to go flawless. There could even have the mercy system that allows players to go flawless that have 7 wins in an 8 game span. While this change is not perfect as I can already see these teams purposely losing a game or two (mercy), I think it's a step in a better direction. This way players who would normally reset at 2 or 3 wins after a loss won't have to make a hard decision whether to reset. This means players are getting flawless faster. Final note: It takes 15-25 minutes for a smooth nightfall. If it takes me several hours sifting through card reset sweats to eventually get flawless, I won't be willing to continue playing, but if it takes an hour to go flawless I am more inclined to keep playing.

  • No. Flawless pool needs to be removed or add extra rewards for being there. It's triple the effort for the same rewards as a first time player. Remove it, and numbers will be up on players and you'd see less people complaining.
