Prismatic Lenses won't unlock
The Wayfinder's Accuracy and Wayfinder's Blast prismatic lenses won't unlock, along with several Tier 2 lenses. I have 100% objective completion, but it says I haven't claimed the triumph, I have claimed all available triumphs, and I still don't have them unlocked despite having objective completion
Edit: closed game and restarted it, now I can claim triumphs

Can you provide images of your recaster showing these lens being unavailable and of your triumphs screen showing the corresponding triumphs are claimed?
