Hi! I'm trying to set up a Raid for tomorrow and I've never been able to use any chat, save Playstation Network audio. For some reason, the in-game chat has never worked for me (in Settings - Sound - Chat, it's On). Sometimes, I see fireteam members names and the speaker icon when they're talking, even though I'm not hearing their words. So. In preparation for the Raid, which will have players from PS4, PS5, XBox and PC, I figured I should actually deal with this problem. I've gone to a bunch of tutorials and I see a very clear problem, but I've no idea at all how to fix it. In the tutorials, there are screen shots of what I should be seeing when I go to Settings - Sound. In the pictures people post, there are 5 boxes at the top under "Volume:" SFX Volume, Dialogue/Cinematics Volume, Music Volume, Chat Volume, and Mute When Not Focused. Mine does not look like that. Instead, I only have 3 boxes: SFX Volume, Dialogue/Cinematic Volume and Music Volume. The other 2 boxes are just not there. So, there's no way for me to control my incoming chat volume and I can't hear anyone I'm in a Fireteam with. Does anyone know how to fix this and make those other two boxes appear?
