They are already claimed. There is an issue restricting people from receiving their claimed Prime Gaming rewards. This issue is either on your end, or on Amazon's end and it needs to be addressed. If this issue isn't being addressed, it needs to be escalated until it is being addressed. Amazon clearly knows this is an issue since they've posted a top marquee notice on the Prime Gaming page for Destiny 2, and this issue clearly wasn't caused by the people affected by it and reporting it here. [b]A completely unacceptable response is telling those people they're out of luck.[/b] I have followed and completed all of the troubleshooting instructions and the issue is not resolved. It is at this point that I require you to take me, my time and patience seriously and provide assistance. Thank you.

  • Thanks man for creating thiss very nice thread. I have the same problem, 2 months in a row now. Did all the steps, contacted Amazon support. They are saying my stuff's status is "pending". They cant do anything with it- according to them. So please Bungie, at least post an answer or something.

  • Hear! hear! I have the same problem and have also been completely snubbed by Bungie. It's extremely frustrating that we are left in the cold here. Someone from Bungie please address this issue and walk us through the fix step by step.
