Issue with Alt+Tab locking Alt key in "pressed" state

I play on PC through PC Game Pass and I have noticed an issue in the past couple weeks. I tab out of the game frequently to manage my inventory with DIM, check guides and such, the usual. Alt+Tab is my only option for this as my phone is not an effective tool for these things (especially DIM) and the Windows Xbox app has no overlay or in-game browser feature. I've looked in the Xbox Game Bar for a browser and cannot find one. And even if I launch the game through Steam as a non-Steam game, I cannot access the Steam overlay. What seems to always happen 5-10min of occasional to frequent Alt+Tabbing is my Alt key will stay "pressed" virtually. I have confirmed via Windows' on-screen keyboard accessibility feature that the key is considered held down even when I have unplugged my keyboard from my PC, and I am unable to "unstick" it from that tool. This issue does not occur during normal computer use or when Alt+Tabbing in other games. I have also tried to play Destiny with the game on various window mode settings with no change in this issue. Of course, this is exceptionally frustrating. Every time I try to summon my Ghost or open the Director, I instead Alt+Tab. This "stuck" status applies both in and out of game, so it becomes impossible to type or really interface with my computer in any effective way as it always thinks I'm trying to perform an Alt shortcut with every additional key pressed. I believe this is solely a Destiny 2 issue as I cannot replicate the issue outside the game, or in any other games, and I discovered today that changing the keybinding for summoning my Ghost from Tab to Alt somehow "unsticks" the key. Prior to this discovery, my only method for resolving the problem was to close the game and restart my PC. I have yet to determine if the Alt key can become "stuck" again after I "unstick" it using the keybinding settings. If it matters at all, I am on Windows 11 as opposed to Windows 10. Perhaps there's an issue there? I have spoken with Microsoft Windows Support and it did not resolve the issue.
