[Bug Report] Code of the Devastator Throwing Hammers not replenishing melee ability charge when melee ability UI is overridden

A bit of background: at some point before Beyond Light, Hunters' Gambler's Dodge was bugged and would not replenish a melee ability charge if used (near an enemy) while a sword was held, or if the player was holding an object that overrode their melee ability slot in the UI. Dodging would not grant sword energy nor any energy for the overridden melee. After Beyond Light (I think), this issue was fixed, and Gambler's Dodge now always grants a melee ability charge when used near an enemy, even with a held object/weapon overriding the melee ability UI slot (it still does not grant energy/charge for the held item, and that is consistent with how the Gambler's dodge is stated to behave). However, the same issue now occurs on Titans when picking up Code of the Devastator Throwing Hammers off the ground. When holding a sword or any object that overrides the melee slot UI, picking up a fallen hammer will remove the hammer from the world, but will not grant the player a melee ability charge, nor any charge/energy for the object that is overriding the melee UI. I will attach a video of the sword case as soon as I can, as well as any other cases I can reproduce offhand.
