Since just after Christmas, destiny 2 has been experiencing sever stuttering. Happens every 6 seconds. The stuttering is matched by a drop in CPU usage (as shown in the image linked below). As it stands it is pretty much unplayable. This is the only game that is affected, including games on the same SSD. I have reset the shader cache (including manually deleting the files), reinstalled destiny 2, reinstalled drivers, removed citrix (as was suggested on a different post), reset the destiny cvars etc, disabled game DVR and nothing has worked. Changing the game settings makes no difference.
