In the live game: Director≥Roster≥Social Preferencs≥Fireteam Privacy If not enabled to "Clan and Friends" they may not be able to join you. If they are on a platform other than Playstation, you may need to enable Cross play in game: Options button≥Setting≥Gameplay≥Cross play Should be on by default, turn on if off. Other settings that may inhibit other players from joining you: • Your Playstation profile privacy settings Usually when messages are disabled, so is the ability to get team invites if I recall correctly, so you may want to check out both your messaging and Team Invites options on your system or by the PlayStation app. Hope this helps. 👍
