If you mean the rewards from the season then you can't. You can only access what you've unlocked in the current and 1 previous season.

So I got scammed? It literally says access to Season 12-15

You can still complete the story quests for Seasons 12-15, along with the associated matchmade activities and the repeatable missions for Hawkmoon and Dead Man's Tale.

You are given access to the seasonal content such as weapons and activities but not the older season passes unlockable rewards. Those had to be claimed in the season they were earned in or the next one.
