weapon crafting should allow us to re-roll perks on adept weapons for ascendant shards. i'm not going to farm out adept reed's regret and i was lucky to get 2 with vorpal which got nerfed and 1 with adagio which why is it existing? adagio should do 5% less damage but activates on precision hits.
