Presage 9th Smuggler’s Compartment Won’t Open
I have been getting all of the smugglers compartments opened each week up to this point. Went to do the 10th run since starting this, this time with a friend. I had the wrong data pads (passed by the actual pad, thought pad 10 was pad 9, then thought pad 8 was pad 9), thought they wouldn’t open since my friend didn’t have the lore page to get it open, so went on to complete it and tried again solo this time. Except I went to the correct door this time but I can’t interact with the data pad.
And yes I have the right lore page (have 10 now in fact) and yes I have opened up the previous 8 doors. Even went back and checked the previous pads. Door 10 also won’t open for me for the record.

If so, you would have been able to grab the chest and the game would register you having opened the compartment already. My best advice, wait until you have all 12 captain’s logs and then run again trying all doors. Edit: fixed typos - sausage fingers I guess
