Imma be real with you, I dont think this one is an issue. If you're not spending them as obtain them, then they aren't really doing you any good anyway. The upgrade mats I understand wanting the cap raised. This one, kinda on the player and very much a non-issue. Just spend them. Theres no reason to hoard them at all

I think its more an overall issue. why is there caps on any material in the economy. Let me engage in the economy how and when I want to, the game moves more and more towards bungie telling us what our loadouts can be to success, the least they can do is allow those who want to hoard materials until the right time to use them is met.. based on the players choice.
