youre acting like its $25 for just the weapon...stack on dungeon, cosmetics...its a pretty fair price
English
-
You get more content from a season pass in the game which gives 5 exotics and host of new weapons with a new mode. So no its not worth the price
-
No it's not. You're an idiot if you think that's a good deal.
-
Ok, pay 135 dollars for the 9 armor sets in eververse, that sounds like a better deal than 25 for cosnetics and a dungeon right?
-
Or maybe he’s just not broke like all you guys complaining 😂
-
Are you actually poor shaming? That’s massively cringe do you think steak tastes better when you have $10 of gold leaf on it for 4x the average price?
-
Definitely 😂 Since ya have to be to cry about not getting things for free 🤷♂️
-
The 30th anniversary is meant to be a gift to players they even say that for players supporting them for 30 years. Imagine if someone said “Thanks for being my friend and helping me through rough patches for the last 30 years i went and got you this gift but before i give it to you you gotta pay me for it” This isn’t a gift to the players its them just gifting themselves a massive payday for the holidays. The content in the bundle is less than a SEASON which costs $10. This bundle is massively overpriced. But hey if you wanna call people who make their own money poor then you may want to stop using your parents credit card and get a job yourself, youll see there are other things you gotta pay for other then games and they are much more expensive.
-
Imagine not realizing that the GIFT was the new Xur activities and all the FREE stuff it brings… damn you poor people are so entitled. Damn you broke and your parents broke too 😂. Whole family just poor and you’re mad on the forums. Go get a second job or put in some overtime instead of crying on the forums.
-
Well you would be right if Bungie themselves didn’t literally say that Ghorn and all the other stuff is the real gift, the things they added for free are so people have something to do for the next 2 months. Imagine not even knowing what you are talking about
-
They also have had it up for sale for a really long time 😂 Again… it seems like only those too broke enough to buy it are mad 🤷♂️ Start up a go fund me or something bruh. Crying about it here won’t get you the money
-
People have been calling it out since they made the announcement and started charging money for it. People are upset because bungie has become more money hungry than EA. You can be a poor shaming troll all you want it’s honestly hilarious go enjoy your gold leaf steak paying $300 for a $15 meal
-
The easiest way to combat it is not buy… Money talks bull 💩 walks… Crying on forums for extra content costing money is just plain stupid… 25 dollars is nothing to the average working person and I’ve spent more money on things that last me less. Everyone here has…
-
Edited by Gilgamesh: 12/10/2021 2:01:14 AMYea you clearly dont know how to save money, not paying doesn’t do anything it just makes them move onto another project. Dunno why people think the online market works like the physical market, it doesn’t cost anything to produce content, you make it once and it can be sold infinitely its not like it costs $ everytime someone buys the online data for bungie. Hilarious how some people don’t understand the different markets, you can choose to not pay all you want, once its made its made. Massively different from the physical market which massively rely on people buying stuff so they can make up the money on what they spend to produce.
-
Not paying is all you can do 😂. Clearly not enough people agree with you guys to force them to change 🤷♂️ Once it’s made it’s made no -blam!- Sherlock. But if it doesn’t profit then what’s the point 😂 I can save enough to buy a cheap anniversary pack and not have to cry about it on a forum 😁
-
What? You mean “not playing is all you can do” they have investors and active players is what matters. Shows how much know lmao
-
I know that all this complaining, from the beginning, according to you… didn’t change a single thing 😂 I know you and others like you are still but hurt about it here 😂 I know I bought it and I’m enjoying it instead of crying on the forums. Seems like you are the one who doesn’t know much 😂
-
Lmao you cant address how you were wrecked in the argument lol so your backtracking to insults
-
You haven’t wrecked once. Saying I’m wrong with no proof just shows how you lack an argument 😂
-
Sure, you just came in poor shaming and then tried to blow it off. Honestly done with you, only a kid uses emojis in their messages to try and show off a point (despite you not even having one)
-
Cause it’s funny that ya so poor that you guys are crying over a measly anniversary pack
-
Its $25 dollars thats quite a bit lmao, its called “over priced” Thats like buying a water bottle for $5 and saying “why are you upset its just a measly water”

Edited by Seth, Knower of Things: 12/9/2021 8:52:30 AMDepends on the perspective. Halos charging $20 for 1 armor set. CoD does it constantly. For $25 3 ornaments and a dungeon with Gjallarhorn is pretty good by comparison. Also depends on how much you like Destiny and how you measure the value of content. Most hardcore D2 fans go by hours, and you can get a lot of hours out of the dungeon and g-horn. Especially with the dungeon being farmable and a master version with “adept” armor that has an extra slot for seasonal mods.
-
Let's be real, the pay structure of D2 is a convoluted mess and the people who have already dropped money on it suffer from extreme choice-supportive bias. The draw isn't the dungeon, it's the gally at the end of the dungeon. I'd love to see a breakdown of how many people would just drop a 5er on the hall versus the rest buying the whole DLC bundle, but I figure there's a reason they only sell these things in the bundle.
-
I never understood why people call it a mess. It’s really not that hard to understand. You have expansions, seasons, and dungeons. That’s 3 things. You can look up the current expansion and season if that’s what you want, or if you want all the story/endgame you can get them all. No ones going “well I just want Shadowkeep and season of the chosen”
-
I didn't no-life this game for the past 4 years and didn't nickle and dime myself into dropping hundreds of dollars into this game. Coming back to it after 3 years having not played the game, the DLC situation is a clusterfuck. I'd would like to be able to unlock DMT without having to pay for all the other garbage seasonal content that's well past relevant at premium prices. Another layer to this, it's also clear you haven't considered the element of the Xbox game pass versus manually purchased DLC, so why butt into a conversation where you start off saying how ignorant you are to what is being talked about?
