Got to Level 4 with Xur playing Dares with a friend and we both purchased the Strange Key and headed to use it and get the "anomaly". I had no issue parkouring up and interacting with the item to progress the quest. He, on the other hand, could not interact. He checked his consumables and the strange key was nowhere to be found. He had plenty of consumables slots available when grabbing it; he did not dismantle it; It's not in the postmaster; It's not in the kiosk. He is now stuck and cannot progress the quest or get the exotic weapon. Is this a known bug and is there a patch or workaround coming soon to address it? Thanks.
