Game crashing on character selection
Game will load up to the character selection screen and then immediately crash on selecting a character

Hi I've been having a low framerate issue and while adjusting settings to try and fix it I got your issue to occur. Please check your cvars.xml file for the following item "force_enable_multi_threaded_render_submit" and make sure the value is 0. setting it to 1 caused the crash for me. You can find the file here C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs replace [username] with your PC's username. Without this setting though my FPS is now at 3 on the character select so please let me know if you're getting a similar issue.
