I've just bought 6K of Silver from the Eververse store via Microsoft Store on my Xbox Series X and I didn't recive the silver. The money from my bank account is gone and I have email from Microsoft that confirms my purchase. Please help me with this. I logged out and logged in but there is no sync at all on my silver balance. I've had 500 at the beginning and bought 6000 more and I didn't got my 6000... I've log out my account from my console, cleared my cache and all that atuff but I didn't got my silver that I paid $50 for. I just wrote the form for missing silver on the support forum but there is no answear. Please help. :(

Hey there, It can take a little while once you have submitted the form to receive a reply back, I would wait at least a week for a response, maybe a bit longer due to the 30th Anniversary just releasing. They will get back to you though so just hold tight till they do.
