Pre order aniversary
I pre ordered the anniversary pack but its saying i need to buy it again? Can you explain where my 20$ went bungie?

Unless you purchased the DLC from Bungie (Bungie Store) there isn't much Bungie themselves can do as the licensing is handled by the platform itself.
